OHLER® Packaging Systems offer a wide range of aluminum foil trays and plastic trays. All materials have been developed to be filled either manually or automatically and are available in a variety of different sizes and material thicknesses. The trays can even be lacquered and printed.

In addition to our baking pans, Novelis produces the most extensive line of aluminum smooth-walled containers in the industry. Tuxedo™ Take-Out Containers preserve that 'just-cooked" quality of food for the ever-growing Home Meal Replacement (HMR) market.
Nothing performs better than aluminum for food reconstitution, and our Tuxedo containers' attractive designs allow for easy transition from the oven to the dinner table. Each container also has a matching dome lid that locks in food quality and prevents messy spills. These elegant containers eliminate food transfer and simplify clean-up.
Crystallized Polyethylene Terepthalate (CPET) Containers
Novelis CPET containers can be used for virtually any food packaging application: shelf stable, bakery, HMR, refrigerated and frozen food. Our CPET containers are:
- Ready for use in either microwave or conventional ovens
- More conducive to high-temperature performance (less warping and distortion) than competitors' products due to our melt-to-mold process
CPET containers provide comparable shelf life to PP/EVOH containers when used for refrigerated applications. They are impact-modified to improve crack resistance when used for frozen applications. Depending on the material formulation, our product provides five to 15 times the impact strength of non-impact modified CPET. We do not sell any non-modified products.
