The greatest investment Novelis can make in our communities is the investment of our employees’ time and talents through volunteer service.
To encourage and assist employees to volunteer their time in support of community organizations as individuals and through team-based projects, Novelis will help identify and organize volunteer opportunities within each of its communities.
As part of this effort, Novelis is a proud supporter of Hands On Network, a network of 58 national and international volunteer organizations that act as entrepreneurial civic action centers. Our goal in partnering with Hands On Network is to develop volunteer programs in the communities where we operate and to help people "be the change" they want to see in their communities.
