Signs & License Plates

Novelis supplies painted sheet for use in the production of road signs, vehicle license plates and other similar applications:

Road signs

• Novelis pre-painted aluminum for road signs offers manufacturers: shorter production times; lower process scrap; a wide product range.
• Novelis can deliver either aluminum strips for processing by the customer or ready-made blanks. Coatings are supplied to the appropriate national standards and regulations.

Car license plates

• Alloys and surface treatment are geared to the specific requirements of vehicle license plates and the material conforms to the specified national regulations.
• Strips can be delivered either pre-treated for the application of reflective film or, in the case of non-reflective license plates, the material is supplied pre-painted. Novelis also supplies pre-stamped license plates with reflective film or lacquer in accordance with the appropriate national specification.
