Novelis North America utilizes a network of 11 aluminum rolled product facilities to manufacture aluminum sheet and light gauge products for beverage cans, containers and packaging, automotive and transportation applications, building products, and other industrial applications.
Novelis has three facilities in North America that collect and re-melt post-consumer aluminum. Most of the recycled material is from used beverage cans and the material is cast into sheet ingot for North America’s can sheet production plants.
Novelis Europe provides its markets with value-added sheet and light gauge products through a network of 14 plants. The construction and industrial market represents Novelis Europe’s largest end-use application. The company supplies plain and painted sheet for building products such as roofing, siding, panel walls and shutters.
Novelis Europe is a global leader in the production of lithographic sheet, a specialized product requiring technical production. It is a leading supplier as well of foil and beverage can sheet in Europe, and is one of the major suppliers for ultra thin gauge foil for aseptic liquid packaging for milk and juices. Novelis is also a leading supplier to the European transportation end-use market.
Furthermore, Novelis is a leading recycler of aluminum with Europe's largest dedicated beverage can recycling plant at Latchford, U.K.
Novelis Asia has majority ownership in two separate entities: Novelis Korea Limited and Aluminium Company of Malaysia. Together, they operate three manufacturing facilities in the Asian region and manufacture a broad range of sheet and light gauge products.
Since the 1999 inception of its joint venture with Taihan Electric Wire Company, Novelis Korea Limited has doubled its production and sales with its two existing rolling facilities to become the largest rolled products company in Asia. The company provides its product throughout the Asia/Pacific region to construction, industrial and beverage can markets, as well as being a major supplier of reroll for the light gauge foil industry. Novelis Korea also manufactures foundry ingot for the domestic automotive industry and operates a can scrap recycling operation, both from its location in Ulsan, Korea.

Aluminium Company of Malaysia is a publicly traded company on the Bursa Malaysia. It operates a continuous casting, rolling, and coating operation principally serving Southeast Asia. Products include light gauge foil, fin stock, and coated fin stock used primarily in the packaging and air conditioning markets.
Novelis South America operates two rolling plants and primary production facilities in Brazil. Here, Novelis manufactures various aluminum rolled products, including can stock, automotive and industrial sheet, and light gauge for the beverage/food can, construction and industrial, and transportation end-use markets.
The company's rolling and recycling facility at Pindamonhangaba, Brazil, is the largest aluminum rolling and recycling facility in South America and the only one capable of producing can body and end stock. The plant recycles primarily used beverage cans, and is engaged in tolling recycled metal for our customers.
