Novelis has adopted a Code of Conduct that governs all of our employees as well as our directors. In addition, we have developed an annex to the code that is specifically tailored to our business operations around the globe and reflects our ethical principles and values, as well as procedures for dealing with ethical questions.
We also have a Code of Ethics for Senior Financial Officers including the chief executive officer, the chief financial officer and the controller. This code reflects our commitment to financial integrity and to full and accurate financial disclosure in compliance with applicable accounting policies, laws and regulations.
