Novelis has adopted a Code of Conduct for the Board of Directors and Senior Management that reflects our ethical principles and values. The Code of Conduct complies with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and is consistent with the code of conduct of our parent company, Hindalco Industries Limited.
In addition, we have developed a Code of Ethics for Senior Financial Officers, including the president and chief operating officer, the chief financial officer and the controller. This Code of Ethics reflects our commitment to financial integrity and to full and accurate financial disclosure in compliance with applicable accounting policies, laws and regulations.
